Design @ Continuum

During my time at Continuum, I was an experience designer + innovation consultant bringing user-centered, multidisciplinary design thinking to large organizations. Working on a wide range of projects from financial services to urban mobility, I dove headfirst into all steps of the design process -- in-field user research, stakeholder interviews, strategic analysis, ideation, envisioning, prototyping, and concept development. I also led workshops, spearheaded a partnership with MIT Sloan, and shaped our client engagements through crafting proposals for new business.
